Fortitude Gold says on target to meet its 2021 production guidance

(Kitco News) - Fortitude Gold (OTCQB: FTCO)today announced preliminary third quarter production of 11,478 gold ounces fromits Isabella Pearl mine in Nevada, USA.

Through the first threequarters of 2021, the company's preliminary production numbers total 37,593gold ounces.

The company also said itmaintains its 2021 production outlook upper range of 45,000 gold ounces.

During the quarter, the companysaid it regularly processed high-grade stockpiled gold ore at the IsabellaPearl mine, while mining activities predominantly focused on waste removal toaccess phase two of the Pearl deposit.

Mine operations remain onschedule to transition back into high-grade Pearl ore during the first quarterof 2022, the company added.

Fortitude Gold is a U.S.based gold producer. The company's Nevada Mining Unit consists of fivehigh-grade gold properties located in the Walker Lane Mineral Belt, with theIsabella Pearl gold mine in current production. Nevada, U.S.A. is among theworld's premier mining friendly jurisdictions.
