US mining company Freeport-McMoRan has agreed 2021 copper concentrate treatment and refining charges with Chinese smelter counterparts at $59.50 per tonne / 5.95 cents per lb, the lowest since 2011, two sources with direct knowledge of the matter told Fastmarkets.
