GERMANY FERROUS SCRAP: Domestic prices decline on weaker international market

German steelmakers have settled their monthly scrap contracts for September with an average drop in prices of about ?,?5-10 ($6-12) per tonne, sources told Metal Bulletin on Friday September 14.
