Gold CEOs are not putting money where mouth is: Tocqueville

While some CEOs have publically announced bullish views, behind the scenes, they remain less convicted, with some even hedging their own productions, this according to Ryan McIntyre, portfolio manager of Tocqueville Asset Management.
"As contrarian investors at Tocqueville, I think one of the things that we look at is what people are saying versus doing. One great example is we had a CEO call a few months ago and ask whether he should hedge his production, and I said 'no', and the next day he phoned me up and said 'we just hedged some production'," McIntyre told Kitco News on the sidelines of the 121 Mining Investment conference in New York.
