Judge Andrew Napolitano is concerned for the future of America and discusses his view of a "lawless government," with our Daniela Cambone.

"It's terrifying to me that [the U.S. government's] behavior no longer shocks," he says. "It is the dulling of our sensitivities and sensibilities, between right and wrong, that terrifies me," Judge Napolitano states.

Eventually the courts will have to decide whether or not the Federal government, without using the legislative process, can compel people to take an experimental drug," Judge Napolitano concludes.

Andrew P. Napolitano is a former judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey. Judge Napolitano has written seven books on the U.S. Constitution. The most recent is Suicide Pact: The Radical Expansion of Presidential Powers and the Lethal Threat to American Liberty.
