GULF FLAT STEEL IMPORTS: HRC, HDG prices down; demand still slow

Some flat steel import prices to the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia decreased during the week to Tuesday August 3, while demand was still weak in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, sources told Fastmarkets.
