GULF FLAT STEEL IMPORTS: Prices slip on soft demand

Flat steel import prices in Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) have decreased slightly over the past seven days due to weak demand and lower offer and deal prices, sources told Fastmarkets on Tuesday November 27.

Demand remained poor because buyers did not wish to build inventory before finalizing their year-end accounting procedures.
