GULF STEEL BILLET, REBAR: Billet prices down, rebar set to follow

Import prices for steel billet in the United Arab Emirates have gone down because of the global fall in steel prices and poor demand, and rebar prices were expected to start a similar downtrend soon, sources said on Tuesday September 10.
