Brass and bronze foundry H Kramer & Co has acquired phosphor copper producer Metallurgical Products Company, a source with direct knowledge of the matter confirmed to Fastmarkets on Wednesday January 13.
The financial terms of the deal are not known yet, but the acquisition is understood to have been effective January 1, 2021.The Chicago-based H Kramer "had contracted plenty" in the past with Metallurgical Products, and is now "growing a bit," the source said.H...
