The U.S. warning was followed by a Russian spokesman who said there are credible reports that ISIS and Al Qaeda militants "have been recruited" and trained to conduct terrorist operations inside Russia. Before you dismiss this as "Russian disinformation", realize that the U.S. Embassy issued the warning of the terrorist threat; and that the U.S. and NATO have a long history of using terrorism as an instrument for regime change.
