The Zelensky tour of European capitals provided the opportunity to NATO leaders to increase the risk of triggering nuclear war, while impoverishing their people, by committing more resources to the war, and imposing harsher neoliberal economic policies on their people. In doing so, they are arrogantly turning their backs to a peace offensive, especially from China. Does this mean a larger war is inevitable?
