Imported coal quota at Dalian customs capped at 12mln t, down 25% year on year

Authorities from Dalian Customs have announced the import quota across the five ports under its jurisdiction for the 2019 calendar year at no more than 12 million tonnes, down from 16 million tonnes in 2018, sources told Fastmarkets on Thursday February 21.
