Indian mills to raise domestic HRC price by $20-27 per tonne in December

Indian steel mills were likely to increase the domestic price of hot-rolled coil by 1,500-2,000 rupees ($20-27) per tonne for December sales, Fastmarkets heard on Friday November 27.
