Phil Reason, chief executive of Instem Plc (LON:INS), caught up with Proactive's Andrew Scott while in London to meet with some of the firm's customers.
Reason touched on their recently won two-year SEND (Standard for the Exchange of Nonclinical Data) outsourced services contract plus gave a quick run through of second-half trading.
He says the big priorities for them in 2018 include capitalising on the new regulation for SEND and continuing their focus on increasing recurring revenues.
