Investing.com: Who's to Blame for Inflation?

LONDON, 25 July 2023 - Private investors spreading their portfolio risk with precious metals blame government and central banks for the surge of inflation, popular personal finance site Investing.com says today, quoting new research from BullionVault.

"Some investors attribute high inflation to Russia's invasion of Ukraine," the report goes on, "[but] only 2 people out of 1,442 respondents [to BullionVault's latest customer survey] think high-wage demands have driven up the cost of living."
