Natural Sound The selfconfessed assassin of Yitzhak Rabin has once again denied conspiring to kill the late Israeli Prime Minister. Two others charged with him, also denied the charges when all three appeared in court Monday.Yigal Amir, his brother Haggi and their friend Dror Adani appeared in a court in Tel Aviv.They are charged with conspiracy in the murder of Rabin, who was gunned down at a peace rally on November 4. The Amir brothers- Amir and Haggi walked into the courtroom with their friend Dror Adani. None showed any emotion.The three sat next to each other, surrounded by their lawyers.Both the brothers were dressed alike - wearing green sweaters and black skullcaps.Yigal Amir, a religious ultra nationalist who has admitted to killing Rabin, is being tried separately on the charge of murder.Amir said he killed Rabin in order to stop Israel from giving up land to the Palestinians.He later told a court that his intention was to injure Rabin - not kill him.Security was tight at the court appearance, the father and sister of the Amir brothers arrived to watch the court proceedings.The trial is scheduled to resume April 17.You can license this story through AP Archive: http://www.aparchive.com/metadata/you...
