In the last few days ago large banks like Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse and Nomura have all issued large forced stock sales in the billions to large hedge funds and family offices.

The Financial Times reported over the weekend that family office Archegos lost $10 billion recently.

However, most likely a lot of hedge funds have losses on over leveraged trades going bad.
