(IDEX Online) - Jewelers have donated 210 pieces, from elegant vintage diamond rings to striking contemporary necklaces, to be auctioned for charities helping Israeli victims of the war with Hamas.

The lots include iconic names such as Tiffany & Co., Bulgari and Cartier, together with David Morris, Rainbow K, David Yurman, Marie Lichtenberg and other contemporary brands.

The Precious Israel Aid auction is now open for online bids, at Farber Auction House and LiveAuctioneers, and will conclude with a live event on Tuesday 28 November.

Leading the auction is a Mauboussin necklace with approximately 17ctw of diamonds, plus sapphires, with an estimate of $40,000 to $50,000.

A pair of 18k gold Cartier flower-design diamond (9.28ctw) and 7.5mm pearl earrings have an estimate of $26,000 to $28,000.

The auction will benefit IsraAid, a humanitarian charity supporting many of the 250,000 people who have been displaced from the Gaza border and from the north of Israel since the 7 October massacre, and Magen David Adom, Israel's national medical emergency, disaster, ambulance and blood service.
