Jim Grant: Where Is The Manipulated 10-Year Treasury Rate Headed Next?

David Tepper, founder of Appaloosa Management, told CNBC's Joe Kernen believes Japan, which had been a net seller of Treasurys for years, could start buying the U.S. government bonds again following the surge in yields. The potential buying could help stabilize the bond market, Tepper said. Jim Grant, founder and editor of Grant's Interest Rate Observer, joined "Squawk Box" on Tuesday to react to Tepper's call.
