Canada is run by "terrible managers" and Kevin O'Leary, star of Shark Tank and chairman of O'Shares ETFs, is litigating in order to enact change.
"What happens when [political candidates] lose and they have a deficit? How do they raise money? They have no system, and we throw them in jail for 90 days. We take away their personal freedom, we imprison them in a federal prison, if they can't pay it back," O'Leary told Kitco News.
O'Leary argued that is unconstitutional and is challenging that rule in court.
