Luke Gromen is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati and received his MBA from Case Western Reserve University. He earned the CFA designation in 2003. Luke provides strategic consulting services for corporate executives and is the founder of The Forest For The Trees, LLC, a macro/thematic research firm catering to institutions and individuals.

George Edward Gammon is an American real estate investor and entrepreneur. He produces and stars in a popular YouTube Channel. Prior to 2012, George started, owned, and operated multiple businesses ranging from conventions to advertising. The last growing to 24 million in annual revenues and over 100 employees. After 12 years as a successful entrepreneur, at the age of 38, George semi retired and shifted his focus to real estate, where he has remodeled and flipped 40+ properties in and out of the United States. Recently focusing on Medellin, Colombia. He controls a multi million dollar real estate portfolio which focuses on buying distressed properties, remodeling, and selling or renting.
