Manganese flake prices hit highest level since December 2016 on supply squeeze

Manganese flake prices jumped more than 14% on Friday April 20 to its highest level since December 2016 on a continued supply squeeze in Europe.

Metal Bulletin assessed the manganese flake in-warehouse Rotterdam price at $2,275-2,450 per tonne on Friday, up 14.1% on the previous assessment and the highest it has been since December 2016.
