Union Iron and Steel plans to produce 400,000 tonnes of rebar in 2019 after activating its new billet welding machine, chief executive officer Boris Van Thiel said at the Fastmarkets MB Middle East Iron and Steel conference in Dubai on Wednesday December 12.
