Last week saw a deluge of news - from Fed Chair Jerome Powell's public comments to several jobs reports as well as new data on the housing market. To get help processing it all, at the week's end I invited Mike "Mish" Shedlock to join me on a Twitter Space and hash through our thinking together. A rollicking (and quite lengthy) conversation ensured - including a fair amount of Q&A with those who listened live to the discussion, several of whom added valuable "boots on the ground" intelligence to our housing market discussion.
