Attaining gender equality in the mining industry can be one way to improve profitability, this according to Michele Ashby, founder of Ashby Consulting Enterprises (ACE)."I believe that with parity in the boardroom, with that balance, we're going to affect the way that decisions are made because [men and women] complement each other," Ashby told Kitco News on the sidelines of the Denver Gold Forum.
