The seminar is scheduled for the Saturday afternoon of June 1, at from 15:00 to 15:45 at the Showcase Stage, JCK Show Floor, Level 2.
"Natural diamonds come from many areas of the earth," said Alan Bronstein, NCDIA President. "As consumers are starting to pay more attention to countries of origin, they also are showing an increased interest in the unique stories natural diamonds present, thus adding to the excitement these gemstones can generate. Jim Pounds and Reid Mackie, both directors from two of Canada's most prolific diamond mines, will each offer their own, unique perspective on the positive allure of the diamonds they mine and relay stories to the attending retailers who then in turn can provide their own clients about the fascinating journey these diamonds make from the Arctic circle."
