"Harry Potter has brought joy and a belief in magic togenerations, and Pandora fans have asked for this collection for years,"Stephen Fairchild, Pandora's chief creative and brand officer, said Wednesday. While Pandora has been introducing initiatives to appeal toyounger consumers, the Harry Potter line is not specifically targeted at a youthfulaudience, Pandora explained. "Harry Potter fans span generations," a spokesperson for theDanish jeweler told Rapaport News Thursday. The retailer recently unveiled Millie Bobby Brown, a 15-year-old film-and-television star, as its brand ambassador, a move it believes willspark cross-generational consumer interest. "It is correct that Millie Bobby Brown appeals to a youngaudience, but we believe the partnership will also generate a 'halo effect'toward the more mature consumers and refresh the brand perception generally,"the spokesperson added.
