RAPAPORT... The Plumb Club, an alliance of suppliers to the jewelry,diamond and watch industries, has elected Michael Lerche of Goldstar Jewelleryas its president. Lerche (pictured) will succeed Jonathan Cohen of IB Goodman Company,who has stood down after serving the maximum term of three years. A.J. Tosyaliof Benchmark will take on Lerche's previous role as vice president. The New Jersey-based organization, which works to connectmembers with customers, has also named Pranav Shah of KGS Jewels as a board member,replacing Sam Sandberg, who has reached the term limit of seven years. Theappointments took effect July 1. "I look forward to continuing and building on thestrategic vision and leadership that Jonathan Cohen has provided for the pastthree years," Lerche said. "With new strategic initiatives that we will beimplementing, and the building of our new state-of-the-art pavilion for JCK LasVegas 2019 at the Sands, the next year will be an exciting one for The PlumbClub members and our retail clients."
