POLAND REBAR: Prices to move up on good demand, limited availability

Domestic prices for rebar in Poland are expected to rise with support from good demand and reduced volumes of material in the market, sources told Metal Bulletin on Friday July 13.

In the meantime, Metal Bulletin's price assessment for domestic 12mm B500B-grade rebar in Poland was stable week-on-week at 2,250-2,300 zloty ($607-620) per tonne ex-works on July 13.The assessment reflected the latest transactions and the lower end of offers heard in the market.ArcelorMittal Warsaw was reported to have finished trading its July-production rebar and was expected to raise its offers by 80 zloty per tonne for August rolling.Another...
