PRICING NOTICE: Clarification on Metal Bulletin's amendment of Turkey domestic rebar, wire rod price assessments

Metal Bulletin's Turkey domestic rebar and Turkey domestic wire rod price assessments, which have been changed from $ per tonne to Turkish lira per tonne, will include 18% VAT.

Following from the previous pricing notice, the Turkish domestic market trades rebar and wire rod in Turkish lira and with 18% VAT included, therefore; Metal Bulletin's price assessments for these products will also include 18% VAT in order to comprehensively and accurately reflect the market.

The specifications are as follows:

Assessment: Turkey domestic rebar Turkish lira per tonne ex-works
Dimensions: Diameter 12-32mm
Quantity: Minimum 100 tonnes
Location: Ex-works
Timing: Up to 6 weeks
Unit: TRY/tonne including 18% VAT
Payment terms: LC, Bank transfer, cash upon order, deferred payment
Publication: Weekly. Thursday, 2-3pm London time

Assessment: Turkey domestic wire rod (mesh quality) Turkish lira per tonne ex-works
Dimensions: Standard diameter 5.5-32mm
Quantity: Standard 100 tonnes
Location: Ex-works
Timing: Prompt to 6 weeks
Unit: TRY/tonne including 18% VAT
Payment terms: LC, Bank transfer, cash upon order, deferred payment
Publication: Weekly. Thursday, 2-3pm London time
