Proactive's due to open the doors at its New York office later this month.
''While we're already in Canada and the US in a small capacity ... the size of the markets is over 7000 companies that would benefit from accessing more investors''.
''It's a market which is over three times the size [of the UK] with a high level of participation and there's a lot of demand for high quality news and broadcast journalism like we provide here in the UK over there'', Ribton says.
