Coal exports from Australia's Queensland state were down by 4.85% year on year in March, according to data from the North Queensland Bulk Ports Corp and Gladstone Ports Corp.
Queensland, Australia's metallurgical coal hub, exported 15.71 million tonnes of coal - including small volumes of thermal coal - in March, compared with 16.51 million tonnes a year earlier, the latest data from the two port operators shows.
