Paris has banned cars on the first Sunday of every month in a bid to tackle high pollution levels. Under the move by Mayor of Paris Anne Hildago, vehicles will be prohibited from operating in the 1,2,3 and 4 arondissements. Paris has been working to reduce the number of cars on its streets for some time. According to France 24, vehicle use within the city has dropped by 45 percent over the past 28 years.Read full news
