RUSSIA FLAT STEEL: Prices decline as demand falls back

Prices for hot-rolled (HR) and cold-rolled (CR) steel sheet in Russia's Central Federal District around Moscow have decreased over the past week, reflecting a slowdown in demand, sources told Fastmarkets.

Fastmarkets' weekly price assessment for Russia-origin 4mm HR sheet was 40,000-40,500 roubles ($604-612) per tonne cpt Moscow on Tuesday November 6, including 18% VAT. This was down from 41,000-41,300 roubles per tonne a week before."Demand has been slowing down...
