RUSSIA REBAR: Prices up on shortage after mill flood

Domestic prices for steel rebar in Russia's Central Federal District around Moscow went up Monday July 27 when a shortage appeared in the market because operations at Novolipetsk Steel's Urals mill were stopped by a flood.
