Sales to Turkey, India weigh on US ferrous scrap export price

US ferrous scrap export prices have fallen significantly since late June, with sales to Turkey and India cementing the market at $300 per tonne cfr for an 80:20 mix of No 1 and No 2 heavy melting scrap (HMS).
