The TSX Venture Exchange added 6.02 points to 864.35 Wednesday. Brad Docherty and Eli Abergel's second shell graduate, Good Life Networks Inc. (GOOD), began trading today, opening at 30 cents and closing at 41.5 cents on 2.72 million shares. The company raised $9.2-million in connection with the QT. It plans to use the money building its on-line advertising business. Good Life says it has a proprietary technology that connects advertisers with on-line consumers. So far it is generating revenue and losses. In the nine months ended Sept. 30, 2016, Good Life lost $1.9-million on revenues of $1.8-million. Both Mr. Docherty and Mr. Abergel have resigned, leaving the company in the hands of Jesse Dylan, president. Mr. Dylan owns 3.7 million shares or 10.1 per cent of Good Life.

Mr. Dylan, who also goes by his birth name Michael Woodman, is a Vancouver talk-radio personality. Every Sunday morning, he preaches about healthy living and spiritual transformations on his Good Life Revolution FM radio show. He also wrote a book, The Good Life with Jesse Dylan, about healthy living and spirituality. For his services to Good Life Networks, he will receive a divine $350,000 a year. Joining him is Cliff Dumas, a fellow radio personality, as vice-president of operations. Mr. Dumas is a disc jockey for several country music stations. He will receive $250,000 a year.
