The TSX Venture Exchange dropped 11.63 points to 831.94 Wednesday. Roger Daher's Skyscape Capital Inc. (SKY) completed its qualifying transaction yesterday, following an initial public offering of $500,000 at 50 cents. The stock has yet to trade. Skyscape is Mr. Daher's first capital pool shell. He is a pharmacist from Ontario with 600,000 of Skyscape's one million escrowed shares. We last spoke about Mr. Daher and Skyscape in the Shell Summary for March 1, 2017. The company already has a qualifying transaction in mind. It plans to acquire Sean Walsh's HyperBlock Technologies Corp. HyperBlock says it has one of the largest cryptocurrency data centres in North America.Skyscape has yet to reveal any QT details, so it is unclear how much cryptocurrency HyperBlock is actually mining. According to a document filed with the BCSC, HyperBlock sold $15-million worth of shares at 35 cents to 143 unnamed investors last December.
