Welcome to this week's Metals & Markets podcast, I am your host James Anderson of SD Bullion.
This interview is being recorded at 5PM eastern, on Thursday January 3, 2019.
With us this a week a retuning guest to the show, he is Mr. Christopher Aaron of iGoldAdvisor.com and iGlobalAnalytics.com.
Christopher Aaron is Senior Editor for the precious metals investment portal Gold-Eagle.com.
A former counter-terrorism officer for the CIA and Department of Defense, Christopher has always had an independent analytical outlook. He volunteered to serve two tours to Iraq and Afghanistan from 2006 - 2009, conducting pattern analysis and mapping for the US Intelligence Community in Washington, DC. Drawing upon his investigative background he turned his attention to the financial markets in the early 2000's.
Mapping shares similarities with technical analysis of the financial markets because both involve the observation and interpretation of patterns found in human nature. Through his work, Christopher shares with clients how these patterns are both cyclical and embedded, and how the recognition of such can be used to profit in the investment world.
Christopher Aaron holds degrees in history and business, with advanced Department of Defense training in intelligence analysis.
Chris is also a proud member of the international peacekeeping organization, Veterans for Peace: a non-profit made up of military veterans, military family members, and allies from 120 chapters across the United States and abroad. The organization works to support peace, the ending of war, and the utilization of our collective resources as human beings toward the betterment of the planet.
Founder Christopher Aaron speaks regularly at Veterans for Peace and related charity organizations on the dangers of the US policy of perpetual war, and how resources currently being wasted in these areas could instead be applied toward the uplifting of humanity and the world at large.
Just this past summer Chris was also featured in a New York Times Magazine article which covered the post traumatic stress that US drone operators often suffer as a result of their operations.
