South Africa's Impala Platinum seeks tenders for Marula tailings facility

JOHANNESBURG, May 11 (Reuters) - South Africa's ImpalaPlatinum is seeking tenders for the construction of atailings or waste storage facility for its Marula mine in a signof recovery for an operation which was on the verge of closuredue to community protests.The company posted an advertisement on Friday in the localMail & Guardian newspaper seeking tenders for the project.
