SOUTHERN EUROPE REBAR: Prices dip on slow buying, weaker scrap

Domestic steel rebar prices in Southern Europe declined in the week to Wednesday February 3 under the pressure of slow buying activity and weaker scrap values, sources told Fastmarkets.
