SOUTHERN EUROPE REBAR: Prices stable but increases expected on scrap costs

The price of steel rebar in the Southern Europe domestic market was unchanged this week but market participants expect increases in the near future because of significantly higher ferrous scrap costs, they told Fastmarkets on Wednesday November 13.
