Stornoway Appoints Head of Operations

RAPAPORT... Stornoway Diamond Corporation has promoted Patrick S?(C)vigny tovice president of operations with immediate effect, the company said Monday. S?(C)vigny has been with the Canada-based miner since 2015 asmanager of mining operations at its Renard asset. He played a key role in thelaunch of open-pit and underground operations at the mine. "Patrick is recognized for his ability to overcomechallenges, his innovative approach, his great concern in maintainingharmonious relations with stakeholders, and his important advocacy for healthand safety," said Stornoway CEO Patrick Godin. "His capacity [for] bringing ateam together, his experience, the respect he demonstrates towards others andhis leadership are essential elements in accomplishing our objectives."
