Survey Highlights Gold Drill Targets for Val d'Or Project

Black Tusk Resources will further analyze and conduct ground follow-up of the findings.

In a news release, Black Tusk Resources Inc. (TUSK:CSE; BTKRF:OTCMKTS; 0NB:FSE) announced that results from a magnetometer survey of its McKenzie East gold project in Quebec showed highly detailed magnetic features.

The survey revealed "a complex pattern relating to the geological setting," the release noted. High magnetic responses occurred in several bedrock units. From the results, two classes of structures were deemed major and minor.

These findings, when considered with others from historical drilling and bedrock sampling, demonstrated targets for follow-up drill testing, the release noted.

"Further analysis of the results will now be undertaken, with ground follow-up of potential drill targets in the spring of 2020," Black Tusk CEO Richard Penn said in the release.

Geophysique TMC carried out the survey at 50 meter line spacing utilizing a Vision 4K unmanned aerial vehicle carrying a Scintrex CS-VL cesium vapor magnetometer. The survey encompassed 286.45 kilometers of flight line.
