Taiwan May CPI rises fastest since Jan; in line with f'cast

TAIPEI, June 6 (Reuters) - Taiwan's consumer price index for May was released by the Directorate General of Budget, Accounting and Statistics on Tuesday.

The CPI rose 0.59 percent year on year, its fastest expansion since January, the directorate said in a statement.

The indicator was in line with anayst forecasts.
