Talison aiming to triple lithium concentrate output in three years

Talison Lithium plans to increase its current lithium concentrate production threefold to fulfill the lithium supply needs of the company's shareholders, Tianqi Lithium and Albemarle.

Australia's Talison Lithium, currently operating in Greenbushes in Western Australia, is the world largest lithium concentrate mine and plans to triple its production capacity in three years. Talison said that their operations currently consist of one crusher and two lithium concentration plants, which formed part of the first development stage, and that they're in the process of building a second crusher and an additional lithium concentration plant, which are expected to be commissioned during the second quarter of 2019 as part of the second...
