LONDON, 22 August 2024 - Analysis and advice about buying gold from BullionVault features today in an online report from The Sun, the UK's best-selling daily newspaper.

"Although gold coins can feel like a reassuring investment as you can hold them in your hand," says the paper, quoting BullionVault, "they often have a big difference between the cost to buy and how much you can sell them for.

"It's also important to consider how you will store your gold once you get it home."

Gold ETFs are one alternative, notes The Sun. But again, new investors should beware possible drawbacks when deciding the best way to get into the gold market.
