Trafigura is setting its sights on hydrogen as the new fuel source of the future and has earmarked $62 million for transport-centered hydrogen technology investments.
It will pump $20 million into hydrogen firm H2 Energy to develop the production, storage and distribution of green hydrogen for refueling stations and industrial customers.The remaining $42 million will be used to fund the development of a 50:50 joint venture in Zurich that will roll out hydrogen-based ecosystems in Europe."The economics for green hydrogen use...
