Some people have asked what my training with Ido Portal was like. I'm just a beginner in this method, but after watching many of his interviews, including his London Real interview, and getting inspired, I decided to join the movement and dive into all the squatting, stretching, ring work, loaded progressive stretching, crawling, low gate protocols and oodles of other goodness! :-)Here are a few clips including a few small aspects of the Ido Portal Method.
