TURKEY FLAT STEEL: Limited prices changes with demand still low in summer lull

Prices for hot-rolled coil (HRC) in Turkey were mostly unchanged over the past week while the summer slowdown and a reduction in end-user consumption continued, sources told Fastmarkets on Friday July 5.
